Angst.

Yay for school basically 24 hours of the day. I get home from school and get directly on the computer to do homework and an online class. Goodness..the life of a proctastinator.

Why am I even a senior? Like..I'm still 5 years old. It doesn't feel real. At all.

Senior banquet is this Wednesday. I have to sing and give the closing prayer.

Seminary graduation is this Sunday and I have to play the violin.

My best friend graduates in 10 days.

I hope I don't have to come back to high school next year due to horrid grades.

I'm just gonna work all summer. Hopefully I have at least a little bit of fun.

I'm just listening to Ben Howard and Bastille all day. Good tunes.

My whole body hurts and I just need a sincere break.

I'm doing a lot of complaining right now.

I'm sorry.

She buys me Honey Bunches of Oats

Guys, I don't just have a mom.

I have a COOL mom.

(and she has a pretty cool daughter..just sayin.)

Anywho, I can't even list all the things that she does for me but I'm gonna try to list a few.

My mother:
  • helps me with my online class.
  • cooks food for me.
  • answers all of my questions.
  • worries about me.
  • loves me.
  • loves who I love and dislikes who I dislike. (This is actually a big one. It means that she totally has my back.)
  • has been helping me like CRAZY as I'm trying to actually graduate. She's editing my senior pictures and she always answers my questions about  my senior project and so on.
  • supports my goals and helps me to achieve them.
  • is on my side when she should be and is against me when she should be. That might not make sense..but, it makes sense to me. She knows what's right for me and she'll help me if I have a good idea and will also make sure that I don't do anything stupid.
  • also cares for all of my other crazy hooligan siblings, as well.
I've decided that I don't deserve her at all but God must've known that I would need A LOT of help so he let me have her anyways. I'm very grateful for her and I don't let her know that near enough. I love that crazy lady to death.

SHOUT OUT, Mom! You're the bee's knees. And I mean that.

Tidbit

The palms of my hands get bruised when I mow the lawn. Badly bruised. And swollen.

Goodnight.

What's Up, Cali, What's Up?!

Alright, I'm gonna make up a bunch of crappy excuses for why I haven't been writing on this dear blog of mine. Actually, I'm not making these excuses up. They're 100% real!

Last week, I went to California with my school's band and choir! Yayyyy!!!! I got to go to Disneyland and it was a blast! For real! The reason why I couldn't blog there was because the "awesome," super ghetto hotel that we stayed in had no WiFi. Actually, it did have WiFi. It just didn't work. At all. OTHER THAN THAT I had an amazing time!

When we got to the beach, we all ran straight into the water even though it was freezing! It was so worth it. No regrets.

Then we went to DISNEYLAND! Happiest place on earth, people. We walked soooo much, obviously. My feet were so swollen by the end of the week that I couldn't even put on shoes. That's horrific!

But, we also got to perform in Disneyland AND California Adventure.

AAAANNNDDD, we got to do a really cool recording session in Disneyland where we got to sing some Disney songs and then they put our voices to the movie. For example, we sang a song from Lion King and then they took the original music out and put our voices in. It was really great!

Anyways, that's about it. I've also been doing a lot of homework this week so that I can actually graduate. I think that I'm falling to pieces. I think.
